1. What is the Exclusive option?
When you choose the Exclusive Option, we will remove the logo from our website and no longer sell that style.

2. What is the Color and Font option?
When you choose the Color and/or Font Option, we will modify the logo's color scheme and font style to your requirements.

3. What is the Corporate option?
When you choose the Corporate option, we will create 2 business card styles and letterheads for your chosen logo. This is a great option for businesses  looking to for a corporate identity package.

4. What if want to combine some ideas from several logos on your site?
No problem, we can modify any logo to your liking. We can also create a brand new custom logo design according to your requirements. No project is too big and we will ensure your custom logo is created to your satisfaction.

5. What is the difference between your graphic file types? 
GIF, Transparent GIF, JPG, TIFF, PNG, Transparent PNG, BMP, and PDF file are Raster Formats. They are in high resolution and 300 DPI, which is good enough for regular print. 
EPS, AI formats are Vector based files, and are scalable to any size required. These formats are only required if you plan to use your logo for large printing.

6. What software is needed in order to edit these products?
Logo design / corporate identity is either designed in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator software. If you'll buy a vector product you'll need Adobe Illustrator in order to manipulate it. If you'll buy a bitmap product, you'll need Adobe Photoshop in order to edit it. You can see the product type (bitmap/vector) exactly in the product details, including files it's coming with.

7. What is the process purchasing a product at your web site?
The process is very simple. If you like a logo on our web site, just select the options you wish to add and then click on the 'Add to Cart' button. If choosing the color/font option, you will have the opportunity when checking out to include any comments. You can add your requested changes here and/or you can email us at Sales@LogoGator.com and we'll be glad to assist you. We strive to have your readymade logo, modified logo, or custom logo ready in 2-3 business days.

8. What methods of payment do you accept?
We process all payments through Paypal's merchant system. Paypal membership is NOT required to submit a credit card payment.
